We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

How to Return or Exchange
•  Contact Urban Urchin via email at returns@urban-urchin.co.uk or by telephone
+44 1923 663813 to inform us of the return.

•  Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. We will only accept returns that are unworn. If your goods came in a gift box we will only refund the cost of the goods, not the box.

•  Please enclose the invoice with the returned item for our records

•  We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Sadly we cannot refund your postal charges for exchanges or returns

•  Goods are returned to Urban Urchin at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.

•  If the reason for the return or exchange is due to faulty goods we will refund your postage charges. We will only refund Recorded Delivery however, NOT standard delivery.

•  In all cases please keep your proof of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

•  You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer. Gift Boxes are not refundable.

Terms and Conditions on Returns
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Urban Urchin will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Urban Urchin in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of the above.
